Ordering

Website issues are the worst! We always suggest checking your WiFi connection and recommend using Chrome for the best experience on our site.

If you continue to have issues, please reach out to our customer service team ASAP and provide as much detail as possible on the issue you’re experiencing - they’ll be able to help you out quickly and with a smile.

The quickest way to place an over is via our website, however our customer service team can also help you place an order over the phone. They’ll then send you an invoice with a payment link to finalise your order - we are unable to take credit card details over the phone and cannot dispatch your order until your invoice is paid. 

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer specific delivery times, but we know the importance of delivering beautiful roses to your loved one, fast. Our delivery drivers are out from 10:30AM - 9PM delivering daily, and you’ll receive SMS and email updates. 

Orders are not dispatched on a first ordered, first delivered basis. Driver routes are organised based on similar postcodes in order to complete delivery as quickly as possible, and we prioritise delivery for schools and businesses where possible (provided the order is placed prior to 10:30AM on the chosen delivery date).

Ooh a discount, lucky you! You can enter this at the coupon code box at checkout. On mobile, you’ll need to click the ‘show order summary’ box to find this coupon code box. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of your checkout code - you can only use one coupon code per order. We are unable to add a code or refund retrospectively, sorry!

Our customer service team are more than happy to help with this - simply reach out via our contact us page as soon as possible. We generally ask that you give us at least 24hrs notice to guarantee an update on your order.

Updates we can make to your order include:

  • Delivery address 
  • Delivery date
  • Message included with order 
  • Recipient name 
  • Include additional gifts 

Unfortunately we cannot update the billing details once the order has been placed. 

If we’ve been provided with an incorrect address and the gift has already been dispatched, a standard re-delivery fee will apply.

That’s no problem, we understand that these things happen.

To cancel your order and provide a full refund, we need at least 24hours notice prior to the delivery date.

If you want to cancel with less than 24hours notice, we’ll provide you with a store credit for a future order.

We’re unable to cancel your order if it is already out for delivery. If you need to make changes to your order, you can reach out to our friendly customer service team.

Occasionally our order confirmation emails can end up in your junk folder, so we always recommend checking there first.

Delivery

We deliver to over 9,500 suburbs Australia-wide! Pretty impressive, huh?

The postcode you want to send beautiful roses to will depend on whether we can offer same day or next day delivery.

For postcodes across major cities and outer metro regions, including *deep breath* - Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Fremantle and Adelaide, we offer same day delivery (order cut off times vary by location). 

For postcodes that are outside of the above locations, we offer national next daydelivery (Mon - Fri) via Star Track. 98% of deliveries to these locations arrive within 1 working day, but can take up to 3 working days if our courier partner is experiencing delays.

We don’t currently deliver our flowers and gifts to postcodes in the Northern Territory or Tasmania.

We offer same day delivery 7 days a week across Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth and Fremantle. We deliver same day across Adelaide, 6 days a week (Mon - Sat).

Daily order cut off times for those locations are as follows:

Wollongong, Central Coast, or school deliveries in any location: 10AM AEDT

Business addresses, any location: 12PM AEDT

Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Gold Coast, Adelaide: 2PM AEDT / ACST

Perth, Fremantle: 3PM AWST

Brisbane: 4PM AEST

Melbourne, Sydney: 5PM AEDT

Our delivery fees start from $22.95 for same day deliverylocations and $24.95 for next day delivery locations.

For same day deliverylocations, we deliver 7-days a week (yes, even on Sundays!), with the exception of Adelaide where we deliver Mon - Sat.

For next day deliverylocations nationwide, we deliver Mon - Fri. 

Your beautiful flowers will arrive safely packaged in one of our luxe Rose Rosegift boxes. These are sturdy enough to keep flowers and gifts safe during transit and ensure they arrive in perfect condition at your loved one’s door.

Rose Rushdelivery drivers are out and about delivering beautiful roses, beautifully fast from 10:30AM - 9PM daily.

Once your order is on board for delivery, you’ll receive an SMS or email update with a tracking link and 2 hour estimated delivery window. Please note that this is just an estimate and unexpected delays, such as traffic or weather issues, can cause delays outside of our control.

We cannot accommodate or guarantee delivery time requests as our orders are delivered based on postcode groupings, rather than first ordered, first delivered.

We always try our best to prioritise school and business deliveries, provided they are ordered within our cut off times each day (10:30AM for schools and 12PM for businesses).

Providing that you placed your order before our cut off time on the day of delivery (10:30AM for schools and 12PM for businesses), your order should arrive within school or business hours.

If it looks like your order has been unexpectedly delayed, our friendly customer service team will reach out for a residential address to redirect the delivery to free of charge, or arrange a redelivery for the next day.

Absolutely. You’ll be notified about your order every step of the way - from being packed at the warehouse right through to delivery.

Once one of our Rose Rushdrivers has collected your delivery, you’ll also receive a tracking link via SMS or email with a 2 hour estimated window of delivery. Please note that this is just an estimate, and unexpected delays (including traffic and weather conditions) can arise that are out of our control.

The delivery time frame provided by our third party courier is an estimated time and occasionally delays can arise that are beyond our control, including traffic delays and weather conditions.

For same day deliveries, our drivers are delivering right up until 9PM so an order isn’t considered late until after this time.

For next day deliveries, our third party courier delivers from 9AM - 6PM.

Rose + Flower Questions

Your roses will need a little T.L.C to keep them looking their best for as long as possible. Some super simple ways to keep them looking fresh for as long as possible are:

  • Trimming the stems at a 45 degree angle
  • Removing any leaves below the water level
  • Using a clean vase to display them
  • Changing the water regularly
  • Pruning as needed

Our florist’s work to strict guidelines to ensure the flowers you receive are as close to the flowers pictured on site as possible.

As flowers are a natural product that change from season to season, there will always be slight variations from the images shown. That's the beauty of nature!

We source from the world’s best suppliers of roses, locations include Kenya, Peru and Ecuador.
